A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before your scheduled session. Gallery turnaround times vary by session and will be communicated in advance.

Are travel fees included in my session price?

Travel fees are not included in standard session pricing. Sessions located more than 10 miles from my service area are subject to a $25 travel fee, while locations more than 20 miles away are subject to a $50 travel fee.

Any applicable travel fees will be discussed before booking so there are no surprises. For locations requiring extended travel, please contact Wild Hearts Photography for a custom quote.

What happens if the weather doesn't cooperate?

Colorado weather can be unpredictable! If severe weather or unsafe conditions interfere with your outdoor session, we'll work together to find an alternative date or suitable location.

Your safety and the quality of your images are important to me. Weather-related rescheduling will be handled according to your photography agreement, and I'll communicate with you as early as possible if adjustments are needed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is a retainer required, and when is my remaining balance due?

A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to officially reserve your session date and time. The retainer amount varies depending on the session selected and is applied toward your total session cost.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your scheduled photography session. Sessions with an outstanding balance may be postponed or canceled in accordance with your photography agreement.

All payment details, including your retainer and remaining balance, will be provided during the booking process.
